central location handy kitchenette soft bedding helpful staff

the location was central, near many attractions. the room included a handy kitchenette, great for preparing small meals. bedding felt soft. the staff was friendly and helpful .

The gym equipment could use some updating. I noticed a few machines looked worn.

The room was like walking into a warm, cute apartment. Well kept. The apartment was well equipped, it felt cozy, and homey. I appreciated the short walk to scotiabank arena. The staff were nice and friendly.

I noticed some repairs underway in the lobby area.

uncomfortable sofa bed inconsistent shower pressure

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. It definitely requires an upgrade. the bathroom lacked sufficient toiletries, and the shower pressure was inconsistent. furthermore, the hallway noise was quite noticeable. It disrupted the quiet i expect from a hotel. the overall experience felt slightly underwhelming. The details missed the mark.

unattentive staff dirty window

the staff weren't as attentive as i hoped. the kitchen was not equipped with basic necessities like pots or towels. it was annoying that i had to buy a pot after i bought groceries. the dishes in the cupboard still had food on them, i needed to wash them. the dishwasher also was dirty. these small things soured the whole experience. the window was dirty also.
